Track your order

Every statue is in stock. We dispatch within 5 days of your order and post it within Australia. Here is how to follow yours.

1. Order confirmed

You get a confirmation email straight after checkout. It has a View your order link that always shows the latest status.

We check the finish and pack your statue.

When it ships, we email you the carrier and tracking number. Standard delivery is usually 3–5 business days after dispatch, Express 3–4.

Sign in to see your orders. Enter the email you used at checkout and we will send you a one-time code, no password needed.

Email hello@onenull.com.au with your order number (it starts with #) and we will check for you.
