Overview

We ship from Australia. This page covers how orders are processed, where we deliver, and how tracking works.

Processing

Each Gods statue is dispatched within 5 days of your order. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment clears. Processing time can vary with order volume. Current estimates appear at checkout or on your order confirmation when available.

If something will take longer than usual, we will contact you.

Shipping rates and delivery times

We deliver across Australia. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so the cost and timing you see depend on where your order is going. Enter your address at checkout to see the exact options and price before you pay.

Remote or PO Box addresses may have different options; checkout will reflect what is available for your postcode.

International

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not offered yet.

If you need delivery outside Australia, email hello@onenull.com.au with your country and we can note interest for a future update.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you receive tracking details by email (and in your order status where available).

Tracking updates reflect carrier data. If a scan looks stuck or unclear, tell us your order number and tracking ID — we will check with the carrier and follow up.

Delays

Carriers can face weather, peak periods, or local disruptions. We share what we know as soon as we can if a delay affects your order.
