These terms apply when you browse or buy from ONENULL. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products and pricing

  • Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
  • We aim to keep product descriptions accurate. Photos and listings are a guide; small variations can occur (for example in finish or colour).
  • We may update products, prices, or availability without notice. The price at checkout when you pay is the price for that order.

Orders

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). If we cancel after payment, we refund you.
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and contact details.
  • Title and risk in goods pass according to our Shipping Policy and carrier practice once the parcel is with the carrier, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

Intellectual property

ONENULL designs, branding, site content, and product imagery are owned by ONENULL (ABN 25 536 799 546) or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

Our products are physical goods. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or resell our designs as your own products or files.

Customer conduct

Please use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ONENULL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Where liability can be limited, our liability for a failure to comply with a non-excludable guarantee is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid — as allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and of Queensland. Courts in that jurisdiction may hear disputes, without limiting any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
